Scholarships

The Princeton Elks Lodge #2129 and the Elks National Foundation provides local educational scholarships for students in the Montgomery, Princeton, Hopewell, West Windsor-Plainsboro North, and West Windsor Plainsboro South Public School Districts as part of our local scholarship program.

Local scholarship awards are non-academic driven as The Princeton Elks are seeking to acknowledge students that may not meet traditional academic scholarship requirements, but are excellent members of their community and have exhibited a drive and determination to succeed and to pursue higher education. We focus on individuals who have overcome challenges in life, individuals with disabilities, and/or individuals who have demonstrated their abilities to be good members of their community.

On the national level, The Elks National Foundation provides more than $3.64 million in college scholarships each year through its three scholarship programs. The Most Valuable Student Scholarship program is open to the public and academically driven offering grants from $1,000.00 to $15,000 per academic year while Legacy Awards and Emergency Grants hold a membership requirement

The application process and deadlines vary for each program. All applications must go through a local Elks Lodge before reaching the Elks National Foundation office.

We look forward to getting to know your nominees through the information that you provide and to their selections as Princeton Elks Scholarship Awardees. For further information please feel free to check our links.
